Life is like a voyage. And maybe it’s true what so many people say: it’s not the destination that counts, but the experiences we make on the way. A painter who finds inspiration in a chicken. A woman drifting through town renaming dogs. A salaryman whose wife surprises him with news of her pregnancy. A filmic experiment of impressionist miniatures and quirky characters.
Director Bio
Yuichiro KONNO was born in 1981 and graduated from Kyoto University of Arts and Design. In 2010 he founded the performance unit and production company “The Busstrio”, with which he has realized a number of photography, theater and film projects. While IKITEIRU marked his feature film debut in 2010, HELLO, SUPERNOVA is his first film released for cinema distribution.
